CSVFormat is operated by a single person in the United States. No support team, no contact form, no CRM — a human mailbox receives every message.
The bug report that gets fixed fast
Send the offending CSV, or a small file with the same shape, and tell me which output you chose (table, JSON, SQL, or markdown). A conversion that quietly changes your data is the worst failure this tool can have, so I treat those as urgent rather than cosmetic.
The details that let me reproduce it immediately: the delimiter, whether fields are quoted, the line endings (CRLF or LF), and the encoding if it isn't UTF-8. Bugs cluster in exactly those places — embedded newlines inside quoted fields, 00-prefixed codes losing their leading zeros, a stray in the first header, and Excel files that claim to be CSV but are tab-separated with a comma inside the text.
Redact real customer data first; the parser only cares about structure, so a synthetic file with the same shape and the same awkward fields works just as well.
Response time
Replies inside two business days. Anything that altered values on conversion — dropped rows, mangled quotes, lost leading zeros, mojibake — gets fixed the same week, and I'll tell you when it's live.
